Biryani - Yummy Indian/Pakistani cusine.
Is biryani Indian? Is biryani Pakistani? Is biryani Afghani? Is it from Uzbekistan? I have no idea. What I do know, is that it tastes good, especially if prepared with the right spices. Hopefully, this website will be dedicated to biryani and I hope to have some biryani recipes posted here soon! :)
I really hope to have some great biryani recipes posted here in the near future. If you have any good recipes, you can email me at chicagoweb@gmail.com and I'll try to post them. Whether it's chicken biryani, lamb biryani, vegetable biryani, spicy biryani or even mild biryani (though some of you won't count that as real biryani!), this will be the best biryani website in the world. I hope to develop it soon and there will be biryani membership so that various members can contribute their own personal recipes and have them rated, both professionally and by other members. :) Anyway, please be sure to bookmark this biryani website and come back soon because it is going to be a great website when it comes to Indian or Pakistani cusine.
